Author’s Note:  Ok, I know I should be updating Fix You and The Waiting Game but this idea just came to me so I went with it.  This takes place in The Waiting Game AU.  It takes place about 18 months before the that story takes place.  Brooke and Dean are friends.  Haley and Sam are married (they don’t feature in this much). You might want to read that first to get a grip of the timelines.

 

It starts the night when Brooke is attacked (S6 OTH).  Dean finds her.
